The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking to procure on-demand, one-on-one online mathematics tutoring services to support Airway Transportation System Specialists (ATSS) training. - Government Buyer: - Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), AAQ-310 AT Facilities & ATC Technical Training Branch, FAA National Headquarters - Contract managed by FAA System Operations Contracts office, Washington, DC - Services Requested: - On-demand, web-based mathematics tutoring for FAA ATSS training courses - Courses include: Mathematics Refresher, Environmental Concepts, Antennas & Transmission Lines, Advanced Antennas & Transmission Lines, Instrument Landing Systems (ILS) Concepts - Up to 800 tutoring sessions per year, for a base year plus four option years (potential total: 4,000 sessions) - Sessions must support up to 20 simultaneous FAA users - Tutoring must be accessible (Section 508 compliant), support document uploads, allow tutor selection/matching, provide text and voice support, and be recorded/archived for two years - Service hours: Monday–Friday, 0700–1530 Central Time, excluding Federal holidays - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with firm fixed price CLINs - Flexible, on-demand support for specialized technical training - No specific OEMs or vendors named; open to qualified providers of online tutoring platforms - Period of Performance: - One base year plus four one-year option periods (up to 66 months total) - Place of Performance: - Primarily remote/contractor facilities via telecommunication; contract managed from FAA National Headquarters, Washington, DC
