The purpose of this announcement is to provide notice to industry of the Government's unusual and compelling urgency for mission-essential Enterprise, Architecture, Data and Engineering (EADE) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, HTC71126DE128, to UNCOMN, LLC.

The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) at 508 Scott Drive, Scott AFB, IL 62225, awarded an IDIQ contract with ten task orders to UNCOMN supporting USTRANSCOM, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), and the U.S. Army Transportation Command (ARTRANS). This action will support critical EADE services until the protest is resolved and the  Government is able to acquire support under the follow-on contract.
