SPACER, FOAM 5 INCH DIAMETER X 3/4 INCH THICKNESS. MATERIAL IS POLYETHELENE MATERIAL, CLASS 4, GRADE B, TYPE I. MUST MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS OF SPEC A-A-59136 (28 OCT 97) FOR CLASS, GRADE AND TYPE, CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE AND SDS REQUIRED WITH EACH SHIPMENT, ETHAFOAM 220 OR EQUAL.
