Description
SOLE SOURCE AWARD NOTICE
Marine Corps Installations East intends to procure ten (10) Augury Silver Software Tool Licenses outlined below, on a sole source basis from Argonne Ridge Group LLC, in accordance with by FAR 12.102(a), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold and only one source reasonably available.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541511 with $34,000,000 size standard.
Use of less capable software or a combination of disparate tools in place of the Augury Silver Software would result in significant negative operational impacts to 2d Marine Information Group (II MIG). Analysts would be required to manually correlate data from multiple non-integrated sources, increasing response times from minutes to days and expanding the window of opportunity for adversaries. Additionally, the loss of a single, consolidated view of global network activity would degrade situational awareness and hinder the ability to correlate malicious activity, identify attack vectors, and fully assess cyber incidents. The absence of Augury’s capabilities, including retrospective analysis, granular system profiling, and large-scale data aggregation, would reduce mission effectiveness by limiting the ability to rapidly detect, investigate, and respond to cyber threats.
THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued; however, any small-business firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notice to the Contracting Officer in the form of a capability statement. Supporting evidence in sufficient detail that demonstrates the ability to comply with the requirement listed must be furnished to the point of contact listed below by 17 April 2026 at 12:00pm EST.
