Sole Source Chiller Maintenance for FBI Quantico – Vertiv Liebert Units

The FBI Laboratory Division is seeking to award a sole source contract for maintenance and emergency support of eight Vertiv Liebert chillers at its Quantico, Virginia facility. - The contract covers 6 Vertiv Liebert CRV30 units and 2 CRV40 units in the unclassified server room - Services include semi-annual preventative maintenance and emergency support - All work must be performed by Vertiv-certified technicians, as required by the OEM - The contract is sole source due to proprietary equipment and authorized service requirements - Estimated contract value is $30,885.60 for the period through April 11, 2027 - No solicitation will be issued; interested parties must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would benefit the government - Place of performance is the FBI Laboratory in Quantico, Virginia - The FBI-JEH office in Washington, DC is the contracting office

Description

This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations and a solicitation will not be issued for this requirement. Any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due by 11:00 am ET on Tuesday 28 April 2026 .
