This notice serves as Norfolk Naval Shipyard's intent to sole source the following requirement:
Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) requires the removal, reinstallation, and testing of CO2 Scrubber and COH2 Burner equipment shipboard.
Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source is capable of fulfilling this requirement. CEPEDA Associates Inc.
