This notice does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposal, or commitment by the Government. No contract will be awarded from this announcement, and all information is subject to modification and is in no way binding on the Government.***

1. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, 409th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Regional contracting Office (RCO), Camp Bondsteel, is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to inform potential offerors of an upcoming requirement from qualified vendors for the supply and delivery of a rotary screw air compressor that meets or exceeds the specifications outlined in this Pre-solicitation. 

2. Scope of Work

A rotary screw air compressor with specifications as defined in Section 3 A minimum 24-month warranty on the unit Delivery to Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo Technical support and customer service availability

3. Technical Specifications

The air compressor must meet or exceed the following requirements:

Compressor Type: Rotary screw Capacity: Minimum 60 CFM Tank Size: Minimum 130 gallons/500 Liters Duty Cycle: 100% continuous duty Power: 400V/50Hz, 3-phase Operating Pressure: 150 PSI/10 bar minimum Cooling System: Air-cooled or other approved industry standard Filtration & Moisture Control: Integrated pre-filter/dryer system, condensation separator, post-filter/dryer Noise Level: Less than 80dB rating Warranty: 24-month coverage on major components minimum Minimum IP55 protection on electrical Minimum 1” discharge connection
