Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA) is soliciting proposals for the purchase of an oil-immersed, three-phase, outdoor-type, step-down 138/69 kV autotransformer equipped with a de-energized tap changer on the low voltage side. The scope includes offloading, field assembly, and testing, with delivery to FPUA's Garden City Substation in Florida. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held via Zoom on April 9, 2026.
