The City of Wichita Public Works & Utilities Department, Sewer Maintenance Division, is seeking bids for a new HD CCTV Inspection System to be installed on an existing high-pressure cleaner vehicle. - Buyer: City of Wichita, Public Works & Utilities Department, Sewer Maintenance Division - Product Requested: - One (1) new, unused HD CCTV Inspection System - To be mounted on an existing high-pressure cleaner - Must include: automatic cable drum, handheld operator pendant with digital recording, pan and tilt zoom camera, crawler for pipe inspection, auxiliary lighting, camera lift, transporter system, transmission cable and reel system, and integrated software - Must meet or exceed industry and SAE standards, including ATEX Zone 2 explosion proof rating and OSHA safety regulations - Services Required: - In-person and lifetime training (minimum 16 hours on-site by manufacturer-certified trainer) - DVD training video, operation, maintenance, and parts manuals - Local service center within 3 hours of Wichita, with 24-hour service response capability - Free software upgrades for two years after purchase - Unique Requirements: - Equipment must be new and unused - Factory parts and service center must be staffed with full-time technical and shipping employees - Lifetime training for as long as the City owns the equipment - Award Criteria: Lowest and best total net bid - Delivery and installation required within 90 days of chassis delivery to vendor - Place of Performance/Delivery: Sewer Maintenance Division Central Maintenance Facility, 715 W.
