Description

This solicitation is for the reconstruction of approximately 1,334 linear feet of existing wharves, including the western third of Wharf 5 and the full length of Wharf 6 at Barbours Cut Container Terminal. The project scope includes surveying, dredging, drilled shaft foundations, structural concrete, crane rails, fender systems, utilities, and a stevedore support building. Bidders must attend a pre-proposal conference and site visit, and submit responses via the Port Authority's Workday eProcurement System by June 17, 2026. A bid security of 5% of the greatest amount bid is required.
