Description

The Town of Chapel Hill is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide janitorial services at multiple Parks and Recreation facilities, including the Chapel Hill Community Center, Hargraves Center, Nate Davis Sr. Gymnasium, and Homestead Aquatics Center. A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visits will be held on April 30, 2026, with proposals due by May 20, 2026. The contract is expected to start on July 1, 2026, and will be for two years with an option for an additional year.
