This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 561621 Security Systems Services (except Lock Smith). Responses are to be sent via email to lashun.m.littleton.civ@army.mil no later than 4:00 PM EST, April 24, 2026. Project Description: MACH at Fort Benning is seeking sources for a Maintenance Service and Support. The period of performance is expected to be a one year (base ordering period of 1 year and 4 optional one-year ordering periods). NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. A DRAFT performance work statement is provided for reference (See Attachment 1). Contractors should submit a brief narrative of the following: Demonstrate capable experience with projects similar in size and scope of this requirement. Provide examples of past performance that is recent (work completed within the last 3 years). Information requested in this paragraph shall not exceed a total of ten (10) pages. Only email responses will be accepted, do not send paper copies. Please include your business size with your submittal.
