Somerset County, NJ is seeking a qualified consultant to deliver two specialized Risk-Based Response to Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Emergency training courses for emergency responders: - Government Buyer: - County of Somerset, Office of Emergency Management, Purchasing Division - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the solicitation is for professional training services only - Products/Services Requested: - Two (2) 8-hour Risk-Based Response to Compressed Natural Gas Emergency training classes - Each class for up to 30 students - Curriculum includes CNG vehicle systems, emergency response tactics, leak/fire control, valve override, fuel offloading, and hands-on practical exercises - Training must comply with NFPA 470/1072 and OSHA 1910.120 standards - Consultant must provide all training materials and hands-on props (e.g., CNG Offloading Mission Pak, Valve Override Mission Pak, NGV Nozzle Mission Pak, Valve Training Prop) - Materials to be delivered on CD or USB - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Consultant must have at least 10 years of relevant hazardous materials training and firefighting experience - Certified instructors required; no subcontractors permitted - Training to be held at Somerset County Emergency Services Training Academy - Each course must be completed by the specified deadline - All instruction, materials, and props are to be provided by the consultant

Somerset County Office of Emergency Management is seeking a consultant to conduct two Risk-Based Response to Compressed Natural Gas Emergency classes. The solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) with contract number RFQ-0095-26.
