Description
This solicitation seeks a contractor to provide asbestos containing material (ACM) abatement, lead-based paint (LBP) abatement, and mold contaminated containing materials (MCCM) abatement services on an as-needed basis. The contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other necessary services as directed by the project manager through June 30, 2025. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for April 28, 2026, at the Porterville Developmental Center in California. The contractor must hold a C-22 Asbestos Abatement Contractor license and comply with the cost schedule Exhibit A-1.
