Description

DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management seeks a contractor to provide meter pit inspection services to identify and record the material of both public and private service lines. The contractor must determine the service line material entering and leaving the meter pit for all meters at each address provided. The number of inspections will be based on the County's service line inventory model, with no guaranteed minimum quantity. Payment will be made only for completed and accepted inspections actually performed.
