The Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) is seeking a partner to support its modernization efforts by assessing current software delivery practices and defining a comprehensive Software Delivery Strategy. This strategy will cover the full application lifecycle, modern engineering practices, governance, security, and tooling to enable faster, secure, and resilient delivery.
