The City of Winnipeg is seeking professional consulting services to prepare requirements for procuring an Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM) software solution. The scope includes assessing current project management practices, maturity levels, and software tools across departments, and developing vendor-neutral, procurement-ready requirements and supporting materials for a future negotiated request for proposal (NRFP).
