Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, intends to issue a Commercial Request for Quote (RFQ) for the following supplies:A. Supply and delivery of the following buoy system and associated components: 1. Ten Float Collar Can Buoy with External Ballast.2. The can diameter and height are 14¿x30¿. The float collar diameter and height are 28¿x12¿. Each buoy is to be a seamless one-piece ultra-strong high-density polyethylene plastic with UV stabilizers. No CAPS, completely foam filled with urethane foam meeting or exceeding U.S. Coast Guard requirements, self-righting without tackle, and impervious to chemicals including gasoline, solvents, or oils. 3. The buoys are to have top graphics that state ¿Boats¿. 4. The buoys are to have a symbol of a diamond with a cross.5. The buoys are to have a bottom graphics that state ¿Keep Out¿.6. Four (4) solar lights with kit to mount to top of buoy.7. Thirty (30) ¿ Screw Pin Anchor Shackle Stainless Steel (T304) 3/8" ¿ Plain.8. Thirty (30) - 3/8" Type 304 Stainless Steel Drop Forge Type Wire Rope Clip. 9. Thirty (30) - 3/4" Type 304 Stainless Steel Drop Forge Type Wire Rope Clip. 10. 800 ft - 3/8" 7x19 Stainless Steel Aircraft Cable - Type 316 7x19. 11. 800 ft - 3/4" Stainless Steel Wire Rope Cabler 6x19 IWRC Type 304. Delivery location is Bureau of Reclamation Yellowtail Warehouse, 2 Ave B, Ft. Smith, Montana 59035. FOB Destination of all supplies with an anticipated delivery date on or before September 30, 2026.It is anticipated that the simplified acquisition set aside will be a Total Small Business with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation criteria.It is anticipated that the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on or about 29 April 2026 via the SAM.gov website.It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the SAM.gov web page for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments.The product service code is 2050 Buoys and the NAICS code is 326199 All Other Plastics Product Manufacturing.
