Description
This is a Notice of Intent to consolidate requirements in accordance with (IAW) FAR Overhaul 7.107-3, Notifications. The AFLCMC/HNCK Platform One (P1) Contracting Office plans to solicit an offer for Big Bang’s (BB) Bang’s Maintenance (Cosmic Dawn Team 1) (FA8307-26-R-B005) requirement. The acquisition team will seek a solution for Ongoing technical sustainment of current and future Big Bang packages, including synchronization with upstream releases, vulnerability remediation, and documentation maintenance. Contractors will operate within an agile, collaborative environment, following government-established processes and standards to ensure stability, security, and functional interoperability. This includes maintaining current packages in working conditions with upstream releases, ensuring compliance with BB umbrella standards, and mitigate vulnerabilities and maintain continuous security compliance to ensure BB Authority-to-Operate is not put at risk. Work with and collaborate with other BB teams and Platform One teams to fulfill overall strategic objectives as directed by the government.
The contracting office has conducted market research that demonstrates the consolidation of four (4) existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) orders to be necessary, justified and in the best interest of the government. The four BOA orders that will be consolidated are:

The government intends to solicit and negotiate with the vendor that provides the most technically capable solution under the current Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) on Platform One Solutions Marketplace (P1SM) in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3458 and DFARS 212.70. The resultant contract will consist of an eight (8) month base period and four (4) one-year option periods.
