This opportunity is a notice of intent to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Order for Forest Inventory and Analysis services in Oregon under the USDA Forest Service's Land Management Integrated Resources (LMIR) BPA. - The USDA Forest Service, CSA Northwest 5, will issue the award under solicitation 1240BG26Q0020 and BPA 12363N23Q4023 - Services include Forest Inventory and Analysis for ONGRID Area 3-4, covering BLM lands, Corporate Lands, and several National Forests in Oregon - Eligible participants are limited to companies already approved under the LMIR BPA; this is not an open competition - The LMIR BPA covers a broad range of services: Professional Services, Natural Resources Restoration, Engineering, Project Management, NEPA, and Communications - No specific OEMs, vendors, product part numbers, or quantities are listed in the notice - Work locations include Deschutes, Mt. Hood, Umpqua, Willamette, and Winema National Forests, as well as BLM and Corporate Lands in Oregon - The contracting office is located at 1220 SW 3rd Ave, Suite 310, Portland, OR 97204 - This is a notice of intent to award, not a request for new proposals

The USDA Forest Service (USFS) intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Order against the LMIR BPA for 1240BG26Q0020 - Forest Inventory and Analysis –2026 ONGRID Area 3-4 Oregon

Location:   Plots located in BLM, Corporate Lands, Deschutes National Forest, Mt. Hood National Forest, Umpqua National Forest, Willamette National Forest, and Winema National Forest.

The Land Management Integrated Resources BPA (LMIR), 12363N23Q4023, is a National BPA that consists of a large variety of work including Professional Services, Natural Resources Restoration, Engineering, Project Management, NEPA, Communications, and more. The BPA can be utilized on all Forests and Grasslands and is available for all federal agencies to utilize.

This is not a solicitation.  This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification.

This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the Land Management Integrated Resources BPA (LMIR) for USFS. 

The LMIR BPA has continuous pre-solicitation sharing so that contractors may submit a proposal to join the BPA at any point in time while the BPA is active. If your firm would like to join, please contact the LMIR BPA Team at SM.FS.lmirbpa@usda.gov.
