Description

The purpose of this requirement is to provide a Fleet Replacement Acquisition solution for all Ceiling Lifts at Washington DC VAMC that does not void warranties of new lift motors or track system. This Vendor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment 276 standard ceiling lift motors, 6 bariatric ceiling lift motors, hardware, caps, trolley, parts, rails, accessories, and track systems up to 18 x18 , tools, materials, training, to identify and move conflicting infrastructure sprinkle movement, specifications, identify structural deficiencies, comprehensive drawings, electrical, ICRA, Hepa cart, HVAC supply return, lighting, deinstallation, installation, one year of service, at least 3 year warranty, supervision and other items and implementation, services necessary for a fully installed and fully operational patient ceiling lift system within one year of contract award. Missing one or more technical/implementation documents, required responses to SOW, incomplete certificates, 2025 manufacturer signed LOA, to include incomplete vendor RFQ technical/past performance, implementation, pricing XLS/PDF responses will be considered non-compliant/non-conforming.
