This procurement supports the USAF Academy Cadet Tailor Shop's embroidery needs for OCP/USSF uniforms: - The 10th Contracting Squadron intends to sole source the purchase to Barudan America, Inc. - Two Barudan Single Head Embroidery Machines (BEKT-S1501CBIII) are required - Each machine includes a full accessory package: multiple hoop sizes, warranty, carts, tables, clamps, and software - BNET Workgroup 100 Software with installation and training is included - The procurement ensures equipment standardization and operational efficiency - Delivery and installation will occur at the USAF Academy, Colorado - Anticipated award is on or before 30 September 2026, subject to funding - No competing OEMs are named, but other embroidery machine manufacturers could potentially compete - All items are to be delivered to and used at the USAF Academy Cadet Tailor Shop
