The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Western Region, Hopi Agency, is seeking qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) to provide propane delivery services for agency buildings and remote sites on the Hopi Reservation in Keams Canyon and Kykotsmovi, Arizona. - Government Buyer: - Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Western Region, Hopi Agency - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; opportunity is set aside for ISBEE vendors only - Products/Services Requested: - Bulk propane delivery to ten BIA-owned buildings - Weekly deliveries during government working hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., excluding holidays) - Delivery to tanks ranging from 250 to 10,000 gallons - Specific tanks include: #14, #16, #19, #27, #27A, #711, #713, #900, #95-A, #90-A, and Agency #01 (including OJS Detention and WLFM TWR #95-A) - Filling and refilling of storage tanks - Emergency/rapid response deliveries - Installation, maintenance, or replacement of propane tanks - Coordination with facility management - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vendors must comply with all federal, state, tribal, and environmental safety regulations - Capability to deliver in rural and remote areas is required - Submission of a completed Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Representation Form for Buy Indian Act verification - Set aside exclusively for ISBEE vendors - Period of Performance: - Base year plus four option years - Place of Performance: - BIA Western Region, Hopi Agency, Keams Canyon and Kykotsmovi, Arizona (Hopi Reservation)
