Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Ghost Labs LLC located at 212 Freedom Ct STE 5, Fredericksburg, Virginia, 22408, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 5.301(a).
Requirement is for (50) Counter UAS Kits and (10) UAS Operator Kits to conduct Counter UAS Training.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
Interested firms may submit information that indicated their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 3:00 PM EST, on 17 April 2026 via email.
