Description

This Request for Information/Sources Sought Notice is issued by Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division Contracting Department, Crane, IN. The NSWC Crane Contracting Department is seeking potential sources to provide non-personal Acquisition Engineering, Product Support and Logistics (PSL) support for current and future Maritime Electromagnetic Warfare (MEW) projects in the areas of programmatic services, supply support, technical manual development, training development, data integrity validation, reliability, maintainability, data analytics, and technical writing. These services are in support of full life-cycle support for military and national security Electromagnetic Warfare and Decoy systems, including Special Projects, Operations, Sustainment Software, Sustaining Engineering, Modernization and Fleet Services. The RFI/SS, all amendments and associated controlled documents will be posted in the PSM at https://piee.eb.mil. The RFI/SS notice will flow to SAM.gov, but the actual posting will be in PIEE. Vendors shall request access to controlled documents in the PIEE solicitation module. The Contracting Officer will review JCP and allow access to controlled documents by Cage Code if requesting vendor is properly registered in JCP. The controlled documents will be located in PSM; therefore, the Offeror will need to obtain the controlled documents through PSM. Vendors will be notified of approval/denial of access to the controlled documents via automated email.
