The Indian Health Service (IHS), through its Phoenix Area Office and Whiteriver Service Unit, is seeking to procure three new diesel-powered Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs) for maintenance and snow removal at Whiteriver Hospital and associated facilities in Whiteriver, Arizona. - Government Buyer: - Indian Health Service (IHS) - Phoenix Area Office - Whiteriver Service Unit - Whiteriver Hospital - OEMs and Vendors: - Acceptable UTV OEMs: Polaris, Kawasaki, John Deere - Polaris Pro XD Full-Size Diesel EPS (or equivalent) - Kawasaki Mule Pro-DX EPS Diesel (or equivalent) - John Deere Gator XUV865M Diesel (or equivalent) - Vendors must be OEM-authorized dealers or distributors and provide new equipment with OEM warranty - Products/Services Requested: - Three (3) diesel UTVs meeting or exceeding the following specifications: - Minimum 24 HP, 875 cc, 4-stroke, 3-cylinder diesel engine - 4x4 drive, load capacity ≥1,250 lbs, towing capacity ≥1,854 lbs - Enclosed cab with heater, vent heater & defrost system, glass windshield, poly roof kit, crank window doors, glass rear panel, rearview mirror, electric cargo box lift, accessory pulse adapter, pulse roof bussbar - 6,000 lb winch, 72" steel plow with wear bar, Glacier Pro HD plow frame, mount, hydraulic lift and angle systems, power controller, heavy duty snow plow deflector - All accessories must be OEM or OEM-equivalent (Polaris part numbers provided for reference) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - 100% set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) - Vendors must provide all equipment, accessories, and shipping FOB destination - Delivery to Whiteriver Hospital and Service Unit facilities - Time is prioritized over cost for delivery (270 days after award) - All equipment must be new and include OEM warranty
