Description of service (also found in draft PWS attachment):

The Government requires one leased 55-Ton crane (without operators) to be used for overhead lifting and movement of support items to ensure tanks are issued to the most current standard as well as work involving the Joint Assault Bridge (JAB) system. The Government also requires an on-site training session to provide an overview of the crane’s controls, operational features, primary components, guidance on startup and shutdown procedures, basic operation, and key safety considerations. These overhead cranes are used for daily lifting and movement/hauling up to a maximum of 60,000 lbs for each mission. Cranes are being utilized to support multiple Project Managers, as well as different Program Executive Offices for day-to-day mission achievement.
