Description
This synopsis is to announce that the Warner Robins Air Logistic Center (ALC), Robins AFB, GA intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis for services to perform repairs of the APX-103 Stepping Motor.
The approximate issuance for the Official Request for Quote (RFQ), FA8539-26-Q-00002, will be 29 April 2026, and will contain the following NSN: 6105-01-495-4060-CX and Part Number 667-60004. The issuing Contracting Office’s DODAAC is FA8539; Address, AFSC/PZABA.
The resultant is for the procurement of five (5) new manufactured APX-103 Stepping Motors.
The Government intends to solicit directly to Northrop Grumman (CAGE: 8KM63) for the supply described herein. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1).
This synopsis is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the Government, or as a Request for Quote/Proposal. Additionally, there are no restrictions on foreign participation.
