To provide all labor, material, parts, and equipment for Janitorial Services and pick up of trash and recycling for all of the Watervliet Arsenal.

This acquisition will be a direct 8(a) sole source with Blasco Construction Corp, (CAGE: 5BDH7), Miami, Florida - See SBA letter attached. Per FAR 19.108-7(d), this acquisition is being solicited as an 8(a) sole source since there are no SBA approved government-wide contracts that can satisfy the requirement.
