Note: A EMFTS license is a requirement to operate in the state of Ohio. We are a federal agency and we work on federal land but provide services to/from other clinics and medical centers on public and private property. We have had a number of protest in the past over the requirement of the EMFTS license and everyone has been decided in the Governments Favor.
