Description

The United States Army Parachute Team (USAPT) intends to award a firm fixed price requirements contract for USAPT Pyro Gerb Sticks. This contract will be for 30 second, silver droopy, gerb sticks with an electric 72-inch straight matchstick that is not attached to the gerb and not coiled. The gerb sticks must include the gerb cap. The gerb shall be 6” x 0.9” rolled paper tube which emits hundreds of silver sparks for a duration between 28-32 seconds. The length of throw shall be approximately 15’ wide x 20’ long from the end of the tube. The NAICS code is 325998 with a size standard of 650 employees.

This requirement is for USAPT located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The delivery will be on or before 1 May 2026.  Contract award will be made to the only contractor available, who is the sole manufacturer of the specifcally requireed gerb sticks.
