NOTICE OF SITE VISIT POSTED 14APRIL2026:  In order to facilitate submission of quotes, the Government is accommodating visits to inspect the trailers. If your firm is interested in a site visit please contact john.knizner@socom.mil no later than 20 April 2026 at noon Pacific Time.  

NOTE ONE: Visit requests must be received NO LATER THAN, MONDAY, 20 APRIL 2026, AT NOON PACIFIC TIME. Any requests received after this date/time will not receive a response and will not have an ability to participate in a site visit.  

NOTE TWO: Interested parties are reminded of the requirement to pick up and drop off trailers. The current location of trailers is in the San Diego Area. Additionally, offerors are reminded this requirement is a small business set-aside and is subject to the limitations on subcontracting in accordance with FAR 52.219-14. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUEST SUPPORTING INFORMATION CONFIRMING COMPLIANCE WITH FAR 52.219-14 PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF AN AWARD. Failure to comply with FAR 52.219-14 will result in your firm no longer being considered for award.

Repair/Refurbishment of three (3) trailers. Please see soliciation documents and addenda for full details. Firms must be registered under the System for Award Management and a small business under NAICS 336212 in order to be considered for award. Submission and selection criteria are located under the solcitation document and requirements are defined under Addenda 01.
