Description

120 each – The ShieldTM blood tester, a non-invasive screening option – FDA approved for individuals at average risk for Colorectal cancer (CRC)  - Brand name or equal will be considered.

Base plus 4 years – Service unit anticipates approximate same usage of 20 per year. All quotes should include a base plus 4 years at a amount of 20 per year of 100 over the potential of exercising all option years.
