This opportunity seeks a contractor to provide, install, and maintain a Lenel-based Common Access Card (CAC)/Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Access Control System (ACS) for Building 602 at Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, VA. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Combat Command (ACC), 633 CONS LGCP, Langley Air Force Base - OEM Highlight: - Lenel is the specified OEM for the ACS hardware and software - Products Requested: - Lenel LNL-X4420 Dual Reader Controller (1) - LNL-1320-S3 Reader Interface Board (1) - Lenel 32ES TAA Compliant Workstation (1) - USB Enrollment Reader (1) - 24" Monitor (1) - Power Supply/Enclosure (1) - Multiple electromagnetic locks, door position switches, push to exit buttons, keypad PIV class card readers, request to exit PIRs, electric strike, mortise deadlatch, and integration components for all building entrances - Services Requested: - Complete ACS procurement and installation (including all labor, programming, and certified electrician) - Annual preventative maintenance and inspection (with monthly reporting) - Service calls and repairs (24-hour on-site response, replacement parts within 72 hours) - Localized help desk support (4-hour response, 72-hour resolution for non-critical issues) - Unique Requirements: - Installation must be completed within 30 days of contract start - Certified Virginia DPOR Class A Electrician required - System must provide detailed logging, security compliance, and integrate with existing ADA access features - 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 561621 - Place of Performance and Delivery: - Langley Air Force Base, 204 Dodd Blvd, Building 602, Hampton, VA 23665 - Period of Performance: - Base year plus annual option years, extending up to five years - No other OEMs or brands are specified; Lenel is the required system platform

Description

The contractor shall provide all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, training and labor necessary to install, configure, and maintain a new Common Access Card (CAC)/Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card Access Control System (ACS) for ACC A589S, 204 Dodd Blvd Bldg. 602, Hampton, VA 23665 in a manner that shall ensure continuous and reliable service.
