The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, is soliciting offers for brand-name only Stryker System 9 Tools for use by the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Offeror Responsibilities:
