DISA is seeking sources for operations and maintenance of the Defense Enterprise Office Solution (DEOS) DoD Office 365 environment, supporting mission-critical collaboration across the Department of Defense. - Government Buyer: - Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) - Portfolio Acquisition Executive Services (PAE Services) - Enterprise Collaboration Services Division (SD3) - Contracting office: DISA/DITCO-NCR - OEMs and Vendors: - Microsoft is the primary OEM, as the requirement centers on Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure Government infrastructure - Products/Services Requested: - Engineering, operations, and cybersecurity support for DoD Office 365 (M365) at Impact Levels 5, 6, and 7 - Support for integrated third-party products and Azure Government infrastructure - Cybersecurity and risk management (including RMF, security assessments, incident response, and cyber threat hunting) - Knowledge management, content creation, and user training (online and instructor-led) - Staffing and transition management for 75-100 personnel, with rapid mobilization (15-30 days) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must have a Top-Secret facility clearance - CMMI Level 5 certification is required - Performance at DISA Headquarters (Fort Meade, MD) and DISA Columbus, OH - Services must support DoD cloud environments at the highest security levels (IL5, IL6, IL7) - Period of Performance: - One-year base period with four one-year option periods (total up to five years) - **No specific product part numbers or quantities are listed; focus is on comprehensive managed services for Microsoft 365 and Azure Government environments.

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking sources for Defense Enterprise Office Solution (DEOS) Department of Defense (DoD) Office 365 Operations and Maintenance.
