The Ohio Army National Guard is seeking rental services for golf carts to support the National Matches at Camp Perry Joint Training Center in Port Clinton, Ohio. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army, Ohio Army National Guard - Offices: Camp Perry Joint Training Center and W7NU USPFO ACTIVITY OH ARNG - Products/Services Requested: - Rental of 20 gas-powered golf carts: - 6 Box-T (or two-passenger) golf carts with cargo boxes - 14 six-passenger golf carts - All carts must include: - Gasoline engines - Sun canopy tops/roofs - Fold-down windshields - Headlights and taillights - Services include: - Delivery and setup at Camp Perry - Pickup at contract end - Same-day repair or next-day replacement for any cart issues - Contractor provides all personnel, equipment, and supervision - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All carts must be delivered and set up before the event and picked up after - Firm-fixed-price contract, 100% small business set-aside - Same-day repair or replacement is mandatory - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation. - Place of Performance and Delivery: - Camp Perry Joint Training Center, Port Clinton, Ohio - Contracting office in Columbus, Ohio

Description

This acquisition is for golf cart type vehicles rental in the Port Clinton (Camp Perry), Ohio area.

Delivery (drop off) date July 6, 2026. Return (pick up) date August 12, 2026.

Requirements: The contractor will provide:

Quantity and style of Golf Carts

6 each – Box-T 2 passenger with cargo box golf carts

14 each – 6 passenger golf carts

Golf Carts will meet the following specifications:

• Gas Powered (gasoline engine)

• Sun Canopy Top

• Fold Down Windshield

• Headlights

• Taillights

Quotes and questions shall be submitted to the Contract Officer, Alan J. Cooper, alan.j.cooper8.civ@army.mil.

Questions submitted less than seven days prior to the solicitation closing date risk going unanswered.
