The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is seeking a contractor to provide executive transportation services in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. - Government Buyer: - Federal Trade Commission (FTC) - Office of the Chief Administrative Services Officer, Logistics and Security Management Division - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Six-passenger Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV), no more than five years old, with all required safety equipment and FTC-approved signage - Professional driver/operator with security clearance, responsible for safe, punctual service and vehicle maintenance - Dispatch and scheduling support, including phone/email access, route planning, and real-time traffic monitoring - Surge/ad hoc transport services for special events or outside core hours, provided with at least 4 hours notice and within 2 business days - Reporting, recordkeeping, and compliance with pandemic safety protocols - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vehicle must be clean, well-maintained, and meet all state/federal safety standards - Service operates weekdays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, excluding federal holidays and emergency closures - Surge support must be available with short notice - Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) - Contract is firm-fixed price for one year, with no option years - Place of Performance: - Primarily at FTC Headquarters, 600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20580, but may include other locations in the DC metro area

Description

The Federal Trade Commission has a need for the services of a qualified contractor to provide continuous weekday daily executive transport services in and around the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Most travel will originate from or return to 600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington DC 20580, but this is not an exclusive starting point or destination.  The contractor shall supply a six (6) passenger Sport Utility Vehicle, with driver, that is no more than five (5) years old.
