Description
This Combined Synposis/Solicitation is to request a quotation (RFQ) for tailored, private four-day AFSIM Training. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order in accordance with the attached SF 1449 and attached requirements document. Please provide pricing and a detailed description of the tailored training course.
RFQ Information:
Quotations are due by 2:00 pm EST on Wednesday 22 April 2026. Submit quotations electronically via email to CO, Kadra Martz at kadra.martz@us.af.mil. All electronic quotation submissions shall reference the complete RFQ number in the subject line. LATE QUOTATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. After receipt of your quotation, the CO will email a confirmation of receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation of receipt before the due date/time, the schedule contractor is encouraged to reach out to CO to ensure the quotation was received.
This RFQ is not authorization to begin performance and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the schedule contractor associated with developing a quotation. The Government reserves the right not to award an order in response to this RFQ. Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance of this requirement, the Government will issue a written directive or contractual document signed by the CO with appropriate consideration established. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the contractor by the Government.

RFQ Instructions This is a competitive RFQ selection conducted in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. This requirement is not subject to source selections and is not subject to FAR 15.3 procedures. This requirement will be awarded to the lowest priced vendors who can provide all of the requirements outlined in the attached Requirements Document.
1. A quotation submitted in response to this RFQ shall be in compliance with the terms and conditions of the requirements as stated in this RFQ and attachments.
2. Contractors shall clearly identify any exception to the RFQ terms and conditions and shall provide complete supporting rationale. The Government reserves the right to determine any such exceptions are unacceptable. Any exception determined unacceptable by the Government may result in the Schedule contractor’s quotation being determined unacceptable and ineligible for award.
3. Discrepancies. If a Schedule contractor believes that the requirements in these instructions contain an error, omission, or are otherwise unsound, the Schedule contractor shall immediately notify the Contracting Officer (CO) in writing with supporting rationale as well as the remedies the contract is asking the CO to consider as related to the omission or error.
