Description
The Enforcement Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has issued a notice suspending Mark Whitaker from the schools and libraries universal service support mechanism (E-Rate Program) and all universal service support mechanisms. The Bureau has also commenced debarment proceedings against Mr. Whitaker. Individuals or entities with existing contracts or intending to contract with him related to these programs may file opposition requests supported by documentation within 30 days of receiving the suspension letter or by May 13, 2026, whichever comes first. The Bureau will decide on any opposition requests within 90 days.
