Description
The Enforcement Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has issued a notice suspending Donatus Anyanwu from the schools and libraries universal service support mechanism (E-Rate Program) and all universal service support mechanisms. The Bureau is also commencing debarment proceedings against Mr. Anyanwu. Individuals or entities with existing contracts or intending to contract with him for services related to the schools and libraries support may file an opposition request supported by documentation. Opposition requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the suspension letter or by May 13, 2026, whichever comes first, and the Bureau will decide on any opposition within 90 days.
