Description

The Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), is proposing a revision of an existing information collection related to registration for controlled substances data use. This collection allows non-registrants to register for access to the CSA Database System, which provides names and registration statuses of all DEA registrants. Applicants must re-apply annually by completing the form and submitting it to the DEA. Comments on this proposed revision are requested and will be accepted until May 13, 2026.
