Description
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Procurement Section, is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit interested vendors for the purpose of establishing a firm-fixed price, single award, agreement for the acquisition of a sheet metal storage system for the Training Division. This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and 13. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
If interested in competing for this effort, vendors may participate by submitting a quote in accordance with the procedures set forth in the RFQ. The Government reserves the right to terminate the RFQ at any time during the validity period.
Interested vendors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions shall be submitted via email only to the attention of Lily Calvert at lrcalvert@fbi.gov, no later than April 15th, 2026, at 5:00pm EST.
Quotes and any accompanying information shall be submitted via email to the attention of Lily Calvert at lrcalvert@fbi.gov, no later than April 20th, 2026, at 5:00pm EST. Quotes sent via other means (i.e. telephone call, facsimile transmission, etc.) will not be considered. Vendors are hereby notified that quotations received after the date, time, and location specified above will not be considered. Quotes must be valid for 90 calendar days from the closing of posting.
