Description
This notice announces the continuation of antidumping and countervailing duty orders on steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) imported from Mexico and Turkey. The U.S. Department of Commerce and the International Trade Commission determined that revoking these orders would likely lead to the recurrence of dumping, subsidies, and material injury to the U.S. industry. The orders cover rebar regardless of metallurgy, length, diameter, or grade, with specific exclusions noted. The continuation is effective April 8, 2026, and U.S. Customs will continue to collect duties accordingly.
