Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that 11 companies under review did not establish their entitlement to a separate rate and are part of the China-wide entity. Commerce is also rescinding this review with respect to 18 companies or company groupings. The period of review is January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.
