This final rule revises the delegations of authority from the Secretary of Agriculture and general officers of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to reflect changes and additions. It codifies previously issued delegations, rescinds certain delegations related to diversity programs, updates citations, and delegates new authorities consistent with recent statutes such as the Inflation Reduction Act and the EXPLORE Act.
