Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement

Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10 Detroit VA Medical Center intends to negotiate a Sole Source award under RFO 12.

The Detroit VA Medical Center requires Quantity 1, SIEMENS Medical Solutions USA, Inc., 10835555, Head/Neck 20 Shim MR, to replace the current one that is broken.

The firm-fixed priced contract is anticipated and shall be awarded.
