Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 15, issues a solicitation for nationwide Hazardous and Non‑Hazardous Waste  Removal and Disposal Services in support of all Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) facilities. Services include the collection, packaging, transportation, analysis, treatment, and disposal of hazardous waste, non‑hazardous chemical waste, universal waste (including batteries and lamps), pharmaceutical waste (hazardous and non‑hazardous), lab packs, and biohazardous sharps containers. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, containers, labels, documentation, waste manifests, transportation, and certified disposal facilities in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local environmental and transportation regulations. Services will be performed at multiple CMOP sites located in KS, MA, AZ, TX, TN, IL, and SC. This requirement will be solicited as a Firm‑Fixed‑Price Indefinite‑Delivery Indefinite‑Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one base year and four option years. The procurement will be a 100% Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set‑aside under NAICS 562112 (Hazardous Waste Collection). Offerors must be certified SDVOSBs at time of offer and award.
