This Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks to establish a term contract for the supply of Liquid Asphalt, delivered F.O.B. destination, plant pick-up, and material in place. The materials must be sourced from ODOT-Certified Producers, with no guaranteed purchase quantities. Purchase orders will be issued by districts and approved political subdivisions as needs arise. Bidders must have an active MBE certification at the time of solicitation closure to participate in this MBE set-aside solicitation.
