The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is seeking proposals for an Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) engagement covering the audit period from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025. The scope includes examination of financial recordkeeping, public funds identification, fund balance reconciliations, cash receipts, personnel and payroll, 1099 contractors, non-personnel cash disbursements, governance activities, fiscal policies, internal controls, and more.
